By signing up for or using Pinghand ("the Service"), operated by AIC China Holdings Limited("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Pinghand provides AI-powered WhatsApp auto-reply, appointment booking management, and business analytics tools for Hong Kong small and medium businesses. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate equivalent to 10 months' payment (2 months free) — contact us to switch. Payment is processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
If a payment fails, the Service will be downgraded to the Free Plan until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
The Service uses AI (Meta Llama 3.3 via Together AI) to generate replies on your behalf. While we apply guardrails to prevent hallucination, we do not guarantee that all AI-generated replies will be 100% accurate.
You are responsible for reviewing your business information (pricing, hours, services, address) entered in Settings and ensuring it is accurate. The AI uses this information to construct replies. Inaccurate information entered by you may result in incorrect responses to your customers.
We recommend regularly reviewing the Conversations page in your dashboard to monitor AI response quality.
Use of this Service requires your own WhatsApp Business Account approved by Meta. You are responsible for compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, AIC China Holdings Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed bookings, or customer disputes arising from AI-generated replies.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time via the Billing page or by emailing hello@pinghand.com. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms with immediate effect.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
